Third-party data

The Services draw on data from government agencies, research institutions, and other providers. That data remains subject to its own license, attribution, and usage terms, and those terms may limit how you can reuse it.

No endorsement

Naming a data provider, agency, or company does not mean it endorses, sponsors, or partners with Aerontra. Aerospace imagery from public agencies is used without implying endorsement.

Accuracy

Third-party data is provided as received. It may be incomplete, delayed, or revised by its source, and it should be verified at the source for important uses.

Copyright complaints

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice using the details below that includes:

• Your signature, physical or electronic, and your contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The location of the allegedly infringing material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Repeat infringers

We may remove material in response to valid notices and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
